Myology is the study of muscles. These atlases are the cross-reference and support for Maniken® model users,and are jam-packed with unique photographic illustrations of muscles made in clay onto Maniken® Professional models. Every muscle in the human body (except for those of the middle ear) is given a full, two-page spread.

Each muscle is isolated and seen from multiple views, making it easy to develop a three-dimensional understanding from two-dimensional information. The muscles are shown one at a time, from the inside out (deep to superficial), in order to illustrate the organization of human musculature.

A language pronouncer for each term and name in anatomical nomenclature, and the Latin and Greek derivation of every word is included to further demystify the language.
