Build Muscles

Build muscles as isolated "ideas" or as part of groups of other muscles. In the case where there are several heads, like triceps brachii, build each head isolated or in its own group.

1) In this example, we draw attachments onto the bone, if desired, on which to create attachments.

2) Draw the second attachment site, or mark it with a dot of clay

3) In step 3, we roll and flatten the clay.

4) Step 4 shows the medial head of triceps brachii

Step 5 shows a "plate" of tendon that covers much of the medial head. It crosses the joint, and other muscles use it as a tendon to cross, also.
