GENERAL POLICIES

All professional development (“workshops”) have limited seating; advance reservation is required.

All workshops are open to the general public unless otherwise noted.

Many workshops may be eligible for Continuing Education Credit. Please consult with your professional organization to see whether you can receive CECs or CEUs for attending.

Certification will be issued ONLY upon successful completion of the entire workshop. Please make plans to stay through conclusion of workshop; no exceptions will be made.

Payment in full is due with registration.

Credit Cards, PayPal, School Purchase Orders, and checks payments are accepted. Please contact your Education Consultant with questions.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Participants who need to cancel their course registration should notify Zahourek Systems, Inc., in writing, immediately.
For professional development workshops, amount paid (less a 10% administrative fee) may be refunded or applied to another workshop if registrant cancels in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of workshop. Cancellations made in less than 30 days of the workshop may only be applied to another future workshop.
ZSI reserves the right to cancel workshops 30 days prior due to circumstances beyond their control or when enrollment is deemed insufficient. In this event, all deposits, tuitions, and fees will be refunded. ZSI cannot be responsible for workshops, or portions of professional developments that registrant or participants miss due to illness, emergency, or other events beyond the control of ZSI. ZSI cannot be responsible for losses incurred by any registrant due to airline fares or other travel arrangements in the event that the workshop must be canceled or postponed. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
