ANATOMY IN CLAY®, MANIKEN®, CANIKEN®, EQUIKEN™, MYOLOGIK®, NEUROLOGIK™, ZOOLOGIK®, ZOOLOGIK STUDIES™, SUPERMANIKEN™, KINESIOLOGIK™, KINESTHETIC ANATOMIST™, KINESTHETIC ANATOMY™, ANATOMIKEN™, COREDATA™, OSTEOLOGIK™, SPLANCHNOLOGIK™, ANGIOLOGIK™, AVIKEN™, SAURIKEN™, SKELIKEN™, CRANIKEN™, KINESIOLOGIK™, ARTHROLOGIK™, SYNDESMOLOGIK™, VISCEROLOGIK™, 2D3D™, MULTIDIMENSIONAL MULTIMEDIA™, ZAHOUREK SYSTEMS™, THE MIND CANNOT FORGET WHAT THE HANDS HAVE LEARNED™, HAND&CLAY, OUR OLDEST TECHNOLOGY OUR NEWEST TRADITION IN ANATOMY™, various logos, anatomyinclay.com website, all Zahourek models, kits and bones, Zahourek’s electronic images including photographs, pictures, drawings, videos, and web-posted videos, among others and agree that

use of the Zahourek intellectual property must be authorized by Zahourek.

I acknowledge that I do have special permission from Zahourek to take promotional or souvenir photos or videos for social media as long as @anatomyinclay is tagged, and attribution to Zahourek is given. I understand that created photographs, pictures, images, and videos are considered derivative works and are owned by Zahourek. I guarantee that my photos or videos will not adversely affect Zahourek’s reputation or business interests and ensure that my content will be mistake-free and will align with Zahourek’s brand guidelines; social media content can be reviewed at Zahourek’s sole discretion and may be removed if standards are not met.

I acknowledge that I do not have permission from Zahourek to capture, use, or store any photographs or images of Zahourek models for any personal or commercial use nor may I use any of Zahourek’s trademarks or images in any kind of promotion or advertising outside of my scope of involvement with Canine Rehabilitation Institute, LLC. This includes but is not limited to step-by-step instruction, content development, learning materials or models. I further acknowledge that I cannot copy, reproduce, or make any derivative works based upon any of the Zahourek models.

If interested in doing so, I will need to contact Zahourek directly for authorization and enter into a separate license agreement.
